In the following circumstances, we reserve the right to reject a refund:

  • If you have changed your mind and decided to opt for another product.
  • You have mistakenly chosen the product and then requested a change after accessing it.
  • Your staff purchased the item using a company account, and you later requested a change or refund.
  • If you seek support from us regarding any issue but are unwilling to provide cPanel access.

Please note the following:

  • It may take up to 10 days for a refund to appear in your account.
  • We typically charge a 10% processing fee for refunds.
  • The company will not provide any further support if you violate the policies. Therefore, any communication with the support team and the subsequent actions taken will be final.
  • You will lose access to the product once you request a refund.
